Ahdoot Wolfson Named Lead Counsel in Ring Litigation

Ahdoot Wolfson was appointed interim co-lead class counsel in the Ring LLC Privacy Litigation, 2:19-cv-10899-MWF-RAO (C.D. Cal.) (Hon. Michael W. Fitzgerald), a class action arising from Ring’s failure to implement necessary measures to secure the privacy of Ring user accounts and home-security devices, and failure to protect its customers from hackers despite being on notice of the inadequacies of its cybersecurity.
