CardioVascular Health Clinic Data Breach – Class Action Investigation

Ahdoot Wolfson is investigating a data breach class action lawsuit against CardioVascular Health Clinic, a healthcare network with more than a dozen facilities in Oklahoma. The healthcare provider recently announced a data breach at its cloud service provider that was detected on March 4, 2025. The period of intrusion was determined to be from February 18, 2025 to March 4, 2025.

While the investigation is ongoing, it is expected that at least some of the following information was disclosed during the breach: names, addresses, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, driver’s license/state ID numbers, financial account information, treatment/diagnosis information, prescription information, provider name, medical record/case number, and health insurance information.
