Progressive Leasing Data Breach – Class Action Investigation

Ahdoot Wolfson is investigating a class action lawsuit against Draper, Utah-based finance company Progressive Leasing. Progressive Leasing recently reported a data breach that exposed sensitive information of more than 193,000 individuals, including names, Social Security numbers, addresses, phone numbers, dates of birth, and email addresses.

Progressive Leasing’s failure to protect sensitive information may violate state and federal laws, including privacy laws.
