StubHub Failure to Refund for Canceled Events – Case Investigation

Ahdoot & Wolfson is investigating StubHub’s alleged conduct of refusing to provide refunds for tickets to canceled events.

It has been reported that StubHub has been refusing to refund ticket purchases when an event is canceled, instead only offering a credit to be used for a future purchase. And, StubHub reportedly may not be offering a refund or credit if an event is considered “postponed” or “rescheduled,” even if there is no rescheduled date yet or if the event’s performers or other details have changed significantly from the original event.

StubHub’s alleged conduct may be against the law.
