Ahdoot Wolfson appointed to the Plaintiff Steering Committee to lead the antitrust case against Facebook on behalf of advertisers.  Plaintiffs allege that Facebook has created a monopoly in the social network advertising market through numerous anti-competitive practices, including acquiring, copying or killing its competitors, as well as unfair practices to maximize user engagement and build its network.  As a result, Facebook is able to charge unlawful price premiums to advertisers who have no other option for social network advertising.
