Essen Health Care Data Breach – Class Action Investigation

Ahdoot Wolfson is investigating a class action lawsuit against Bronx-based health care company Essen Medical Associates, P.C., which operates as Essen Health Care. On December 29, 2023, Essen Health Care announced that between March 14 and March 22, 2023, it suffered a breach exposing the following information: names, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, passports or other government issued identification numbers, demographic information, and personal health information.
