HopSkipDrive, Inc. Data Breach – Class Action Investigation

Ahdoot Wolfson is investigating a class action lawsuit against California-based ridesharing service HopSkipDrive. Approximately 155,000 people had their sensitive information leaked in the breach, including names, addresses, email addresses, driver’s license numbers, or other personal information.

HopSkipDrive’s failure to protect sensitive personal information may violate consumer protection and data privacy laws.
