Jeep Wrangler and Grand Cherokee 4xe Vehicles Experience Electric Capability Failure in Cold Weather

January 20, 2023 by

Ahdoot Wolfson is investigating a potential class action against automaker Jeep following reports that Jeep may make false claims about the green electric capabilities in certain Jeep vehicles in order to market Jeep 4xe hybrid vehicles.

Reports suggest that 2021-2022 Jeep Wrangler 4xe and Grand Cherokee 4xe hybrid vehicles do not possess the represented electric capabilities for which consumers pay a premium. These automobiles are advertised as be capable of running on “all electric range” for up to 25 miles depending on the model, which would be enough to “get around town solely on electric power.”  However, a potential defect may be making electric functionality in these cars unusable.

If you own or lease a 2021 or 2022 Jeep Wrangler 4xe or Grand Cherokee 4xe hybrid vehicle and have experienced issues with your vehicle’s electric capabilities, please fill out the form below and Ahdoot Wolfson’s lawyers will promptly contact you for a free consultation.
