Ahdoot Wolfson Appointed Lead Counsel in Robinhood Litigation

Ahdoot Wolfson appointed lead counsel to represent victims of Robinhood’s alleged fraudulent practices related to its e-trading platform.  Plaintiffs claim that Robinhood prioritized routing its consumers’ trades to third parties that maximized Robinhood’s profits based on payments for “order flow,” while sacrificing the best market price available to the consumers.
