Ahdoot Wolfson Prevails on Appeal in Uber Safe Ride Class Action

Ahdoot Wolfson defeated frivolous objections to the fee award in the McKnight v. Uber Technologies, Inc. class action, which alleged violations of law based on Uber’s “safe ride” fee added to every transaction.
