Connexin Software (a/k/a Office Practicum) Suffered a Data Breach Impacting 2.2 Million People – Class Action Investigation

Connexin provides practice management and electronic medical records software to pediatric physician practice groups, as well as billing services and business analytic tools. According to Connexin/Office Practicum’s breach notification, the company suffered a data breach in August 2022.

Connexin has notified more than 2.2 million individuals who are patients at pediatric physician practices across the United States. Connexin has confirmed that the exposed data potentially included demographic information, Social Security numbers, treatment information, billing and claims information, and health insurance information.
