Court determines that consumer plaintiffs can go forward with their case against Zoom for allegedly falsely advertising its security features and invading consumers’ privacy by allowing third party applications to harvest user data. Court further determines that plaintiffs can go forward with their claims related to “zoombombing,” in part.
