Farmers Insurance Data Breach – Class Action Investigation

Ahdoot Wolfson is investigating a data breach class action lawsuit against Farmers Insurance, following reports it has suffered a major data security incident impacting more than 1 million customers.

Public reports indicate that the data breach impacted the company’s systems on May 29, 2025. Based on our investigation, the exposed information include names, addresses, dates of birth, driver’s license numbers, and last four digits of Social Security numbers.
