Ahdoot & Wolfson is investigating a potential data breach class action lawsuit against Allentown, Pennsylvania-based credit union First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union following reports it suffered a data breach exposing information of approximately 98,000 current and former members. Information exposed in the breach includes names, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, and account numbers for impacted persons.
