Hyundai Genesis GV-80 Veering and Shaking – Class Action Investigation

June 14, 2021 by

Ahdoot Wolfson is investigating a potential class action against automaker Hyundai relating to its luxury SUV, the 2021 Genesis GV-80, which reportedly experiences violent shaking and veering mid-drive.

Specifically, reports indicate that the GV-80 will begin to shudder under or at highway speeds, and that the vehicles will pull in one direction unexpectedly. Hyundai dealerships have tried to repair this issue, but have not been able to eliminate the defect.

Uncontrolled steering poses a hazardous safety defect for GV-80 owners and lessees, as well as other drivers on the road. Hyundai’s sale and lease of GV-80 vehicles with this reported safety defect may violate consumer protection and other laws.

If you own or lease a 2021 Hyundai Genesis GV-80 and have experienced shaking or veering at higher speeds, please contact the lawyers at Ahdoot Wolfson by filling out the form below, and one of our attorneys will promptly contact you.
