April 12, 2025 by

Ahdoot Wolfson is investigating a data breach class action lawsuit against Seattle-based Laboratory Services Cooperative (“LSC”) following reports it suffered a massive data breach disclosing sensitive information for 1.6 million people.

According to reports, LSC — an independent clinical laboratory — exposed some or all of the following information of breach victims during the breach:

  • names;
  • addresses;
  • dates of birth;
  • demographic data;
  • medical/clinical information (date(s) of service, diagnoses, treatment information, medical record numbers, lab test results, patient/accession numbers, provider names, treatment locations, other care information);
  • health insurance information;
  • Social security numbers;
  • drivers license numbers and state ID numbers;
  • passport numbers;
  • payment card numbers, expiration dates, and CVV codes, and other payment data; and
  • other billing and claims data.

LSC’s failure to protect sensitive information may violate state and federal law. If you received a data breach notice letter from Laboratory Services Cooperative, you may be entitled to compensation. Please fill out the form below and one of our attorneys will contact you for a free consultation.
