Manpower of Lansing Data Breach – Class Action Investigation
Ahdoot Wolfson is investigating a class action lawsuit against Lansing, Michigan based staffing agency Manpower of Lansing, following news that it suffered a data breach.
The Manpower breach reportedly occurred between December 29, 2024, and January 12, 2025. During this time, unauthorized actors may have gained access to sensitive information on Manpower’s systems. Manpower did not begin notifying impacted individuals of the breach until July 2025. Reports confirm that approximately 144,189 individuals had their information exposed in the breach, including the following information:
- Names
- Social Security numbers
- Driver’s license numbers
- direct deposit information
Manpower’s reported failure to protect sensitive information may violate consumer protection and privacy laws.
