Mazda Denso Fuel Pump Failure – Class Action Investigation

November 19, 2021 by

Ahdoot Wolfson is investigating a potential class action against automaker Mazda and Mazda part supplier Denso, which makes the fuel pumps in certain Mazda vehicles, following reports by consumers that the Denso fuel pumps fail in certain Mazda automobiles. When this occurs, the fuel pumps are unable to lift gasoline from the fuel tank to the engine, which can cause stalling, engine shutdowns, and other unsafe driving conditions.

Based upon an ongoing investigation, Ahdoot Wolfson has identified that impacted Mazda vehicles may include 2013-2020 Mazda vehicles equipped with Dense low-pressure fuel pumps bearing a part number suffix 13350.

If you own or lease a 2013-2020 Mazda and have experienced a fuel pump failure, and believe that Denso is the maker of the fuel pump, please fill out the form below and Ahdoot Wolfson’s lawyers will promptly contact you for a free consultation.
