MultiPlan Out-of-Network Services Reimbursement Suppression – Antitrust Class Action Lawsuit Investigation

Insurers reportedly have reached agreements with MultiPlan to rely on its algorithmic rate-setting, which systematically keeps payments low and stymies competition in the healthcare services industry, specifically with respect to out-of-network care.
