Shields Facilities Maintenance, LLC Data Breach – Class Action Investigation

Ahdoot & Wolfson is investigating a class action lawsuit against Pennsylvania-based Shields Facilities Maintenance, LLC (“Shields”) following its recent announcement of a data breach.

Reports of the breach are accumulating and details of the incident are unclear at this time; however, according to latest available information, Shields confirmed that sensitive personal information in its systems may have been accessed by an unauthorized third party. Information disclosed in the data breach may include names in combination with Social Security numbers, employment information, tax information, and other sensitive information.
