Smart ERP Solutions, Inc. Data Breach – Class Action Investigation

Ahdoot Wolfson is investigating a class action lawsuit against California-based IT and software company Smart ERP Solutions, Inc. (“Smart ERP”) following recent reports that it suffered a data breach. According to public reports, the data breach occurred between July 3 and July 13, 2024, and exposed sensitive information, including:

• biometric and genetic information
• health information
