Affiliated Dermatologists and Dermatologic Surgeons Data Breach – Class Action Investigation

Ahdoot Wolfson is investigating a potential data breach class action against New Jersey-based dermatology practice group Affiliated Dermatologists and Dermatologic Surgeons (ADDS) following reports that it suffered a data breach impacting at least 380,000 people. According to public reports, the data breach occurred between March 2-5, 2024, and exposed the following sensitive patient information: names, mailing addresses, birth dates, Social Security numbers, medical treatment information, and health insurance claims information. Compromised employee information includes names, mailing addresses, birth dates, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, and passport numbers.
