ALN Medical Management, LLC Data Breach – Class Action Investigation
Ahdoot Wolfson is investigating a class action lawsuit against Nebraska-based physician business solutions service provider ALN Medical Management, LLC following news that it suffered a data breach impacting potentially hundreds of thousands of persons. According to a notice filed with the Texas Attorney General on March 24, 2025, information potentially disclosed in the data breach includes:
- names;
- Social Security numbers;
- driver’s license numbers;
- government-issued ID numbers (e.g. passport, state ID card);
- financial information (e.g. account number, credit or debit card number);
- medical information;
- health insurance information
