ATSG, Inc. and Boston Children’s Health Physician Data Breaches – Class Action Investigation

Ahdoot Wolfson is investigating a class action against against New York IT company ATSG, Inc. following reports that it suffered a data breach and has sent letters to 909,469 individuals whose information was affected by the incident.

Reports indicate that the ATSG breach may implicate additional companies, including Boston Children’s Health Physicians, that have suffered similar data breaches.
