Crossroads Trading Co., Inc. Data Breach – Class Action Investigation

Ahdoot Wolfson is investigating a data breach class action lawsuit against Berkeley, California-based retailer Crossroads Trading Co., Inc., following reports that it suffered a data breach. 

According to public reporting, on or about February 15, 2025, an unauthorized third-party gained access to Crossroads’ IT systems. Per reports, information potentially exposed in the breach includes:

• names
• Social Security numbers
• driver’s license numbers
• government issued ID numbers

Crossroads’ reported failure to protect sensitive personal information may violate state and federal laws.
