Lowe’s Home Centers – Class Action Investigation

Ahdoot Wolfson is investigating a potential lawsuit against Lowe’s. It has been reported that Lowe’s uses automated license plate reader (“ALPR”) systems to videotape vehicle license plates entering and exiting the parking lot, which may be a violation of California law.
