Thermos LLC – Class Action Investigation

Ahdoot Wolfson is investigating a potential lawsuit against Thermos. It has been reported that a defect exists in Thermos Stainless King Foods Jars and Sportsman Food & Beverage Bottles, where pressure builds up inside the containers and can cause the stoppers to strongly eject.
