Rachel Wollenschlager began her career in 2017 and has focused her career on consumer protection and complex civil litigation. She has extensive experience supporting attorneys in class action matters involving consumer fraud, deceptive business practices, debt collection, privacy, and biometric information. Rachel collaborates closely with attorneys throughout every stage of litigation, driven by a passion for protecting consumers’ rights and guiding clients through complex legal challenges.
Prior to joining Ahdoot Wolfson, Rachel worked at a Chicago-based consumer protection law firm representing plaintiffs in class action litigation. She also gained valuable experience in employment-based immigration law, assisting individuals and families with a wide range of immigration matters.
Rachel earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor in Legal Studies from Illinois State University, where she also completed an ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants and coffee shops, playing beach volleyball, and spending time with her fiancé, family, and friends. She is also committed to giving back to her community through the Junior League of Chicago, where she has held leadership roles advancing youth education and well-being.
