Academy Mortgage Corporation Data Breach – Class Action Investigation

Ahdoot Wolfson is investigating a class action lawsuit against Utah based mortgage company Academy Mortgage Corporation. Academy Mortgage recently confirmed that it experienced a cyber attack impacting sensitive personal data for in excess of 284,000 people. Information disclosed during the breach includes names, dates of birth, and Social Security numbers.
