Ahdoot Wolfson Appointed by Court to Lead the Meta AI Glasses Litigation

Ahdoot Wolfson, along with two co-counsel firms, was appointed lead counsel for plaintiffs in the Meta AI Glasses Litigation after contested leadership applications. The consolidated class action alleges that Meta and eyeglass maker Luxottica (including the Ray-Ban and Oakley eyewear brands) falsely advertised their AI glasses and violated the privacy of individuals by recording, viewing, and using video and audio footage of those individuals without their consent.
