Ahdoot Wolfson, along with another co-counsel firm, was appointed lead counsel for plaintiffs in the Garden Grove Chemical Plant Evacuation litigation after contested leadership applications. The consolidated class action alleges that GKN Aerospace and related defendants were negligent in allowing the chemical incident to occur, causing hazardous conditions in the surrounding Garden Grove area that led to evacuations, injuries, and damages to residents and businesses.
