Ahdoot Wolfson Appointed to Lead Voice Biometrics Class Action Against Walmart

Ahdoot Wolfson, along with two co-counsel firms, was appointed lead counsel for Illinois residents whose voice allegedly was recorded and used by Walmart in customer service telephone calls. The consolidated class action alleges that Walmart violates the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act by recording and utilizing callers’ unique voiceprints.
