Ahdoot Wolfson Wins Leadership in the Instructure Data Breach Litigation

Ahdoot Wolfson, along with two co-counsel firms, was appointed lead counsel for individual users of the Canvas software in the Instructure Data Breach Litigation after contested leadership applications. The consolidated class action alleges that Instructure had deficient data security that permitted a massive data breach on its educational software platform, Canvas, which is used by millions of students throughout the country.
