Anderson Brothers Bank Overdraft Fees Investigation

Ahdoot Wolfson is investigating a class action lawsuit against Anderson Brothers Bank following reports that it improperly charges multiple Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) fees (also known as overdraft fees) on a single transaction. Despite that Anderson Brothers Bank’s contract permits it to charge only one fee per transaction that overdrafts an account (typically $28), the bank reportedly charges subsequent overdraft fees relating to the same transaction.

Anderson Brothers Bank’s conduct of charging multiple overdraft fees may violate its contracts with accountholders, among other laws.
