Atlas Healthcare Data Breach – Class Action Investigation
Ahdoot Wolfson is investigating a class action lawsuit against Connecticut-based healthcare management and consulting company Atlas Healthcare CT (also known as Atlas Healthcare Group) following news that it suffered a data breach.
According to public reporting, the breached occurred on January 20, 2023 but Atlas only began sending notice letters to impacted persons on March 3, 2025. Information disclosed during the breach reportedly includes:
- names
- addresses
- dates of birth
- Social Security numbers
- medical and health insurance information
- drivers’ license numbers
- financial information
Atlas Healthcare Group’s reported failure to protect sensitive information may violate state and federal laws, including privacy laws.
