CashNet – MLA Violation – Class Action Investigation

It has been reported that CashNetUSA’s loans violate the MLA in a variety of ways, including charging service members interest above the 36% limit imposed by the Military Lending Act. According to allegations, certain loan products, like CashNetUSA’s Flex Loan, impose transaction fees, additional interest, and up-front payments, which raise the annual percentage rate of the loan to many times the 36% limit.
