City of Hope Cancer Center Data Breach – Class Action Investigation

Ahdoot Wolfson is investigating a potential class action against Duarte, California-based cancer institute City of Hope following reports that it suffered a data breach exposing sensitive information of approximately 827,149 people.

Reportedly included in the leaked information are names, addresses and other contact information, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, tax information, financial information, medical records and medical information, and health insurance information.
