Community Surgical Supply Inc. Data Breach – Class Action Investigation

On July 1, 2022, Community Surgical Supply discovered a data breach impacting approximately 66,115 people. The breach apparently began on October 15, 2021. Information compromised during the breach reportedly includes Social Security numbers and other sensitive personal information.
