Connex Credit Union Data Breach – Class Action Investigation
Ahdoot Wolfson is investigating a class action lawsuit against Connecticut based credit union Connex Credit Union, following news that it suffered a data breach. Connex Credit Union serves over 70,000 members in New Haven, Hartford, Middlesex, and Fairfield counties.
According to public reports, cybercriminals were able to access Connex’s systems between June 2-3, 2025. The data disclosed in the data breach may have included the following:
- names
- Social Security numbers
- account information
- government IDs.
Connex Credit Union’s failure to protect sensitive information may violate consumer protection and privacy laws.
