Ahdoot & Wolfson is investigating a possible class action lawsuit involving Empower Group following reports of a significant data security incident. It has been reported that cybercriminals may have gained unauthorized access to Empower Group systems and allegedly obtained a large volume of sensitive personal information belonging to employees, clients, investors, and other affiliated individuals.
