Endue Software Data Breach – Class Action Investigation

Ahdoot Wolfson is investigating a data breach class action lawsuit against Portland, Maine-based software company Endue Software following reports it suffered a data breach disclosing sensitive information of over 118,000 people. 

According to reports, Endue Software exposed some or all of the following information of breach victims during the breach:

• names; and
• Social Security numbers

Endue Software’s failure to protect sensitive information may violate state and federal law.
