Enroll Confidently Data Breach – Class Action Investigation

Ahdoot Wolfson is investigating a potential class action against Arizona-based HR support company Enroll Confidently, following reports it experienced a data breach. According to reports, sensitive personal information on Enroll Confidently’s systems may have been accessed by an unauthorized third party on February 13, 2024. The potentially exposed information includes names, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, driver’s license or state identification numbers, financial account information, medical information, and health insurance information.
Enroll Confidently’s failure to protect sensitive personal information may violate state and federal laws, including consumer protection and data privacy laws.
