Hyundai AutoEver Data Breach – Class Action Investigation

Ahdoot & Wolfson is investigating a class action lawsuit against Hyundai AutoEver–Hyundai’s IT affiliate–following its announcement of a massive data breach. Reports of the breach are accumulating and details of the incident are unclear at this time; however, according to public reports, information potentially disclosed consists of up to 2.7 million Hyundai customer records, including:
