Imagine360, LLC Data Breach – Class Action Investigation

Ahdoot Wolfson is investigating a class action lawsuit against Wayne, Pennsylvania based third-party insurance administrator Imagine360, LLC. Imagine360, LLC recently reported a data breach that exposed sensitive information of consumers, including names, dates of birth, medical information, health insurance information, and Social Security Numbers. According to reports, the breach happened between May 10 and May 16, 2024.

Imagine360’s reported failure to protect sensitive information may violate state and federal laws, including privacy laws.
