Injured Workers Pharmacy Data Breach – Class Action Investigation

Ahdoot Wolfson is interested in speaking with individuals who received a notice letter from Injured Workers Pharmacy, based in Andover, Massachusetts, that their sensitive personal information was exposed during a recent data breach.

In December 2021, Injured Workers Pharmacy confirmed that employee email accounts were accessed by unknown parties between January 16 and May 12, 2021. Following their review of the breach, Injured Workers Pharmacy confirmed that exposed information included names, addresses, and Social Security numbers. According to reports, as many as 75,771 persons’ sensitive information may be impacted by this breach.

On February 3, 2021, Injured Workers Pharmacy began sending out breach notification letters to individuals whose information may have been impacted by the breach.
