Intercontinental Hotels – Class Action Investigation

Ahdoot Wolfson is investigating a potential lawsuit against Intercontinental Hotels, including Holiday Inn. It has been reported that these hotels use automated license plate reader (“ALPR”) systems to videotape vehicle license plates entering and exiting their parking lots, which may be a violation of California law.
