Kootenai Health Data Breach – Class Action Investigation

Ahdoot & Wolfson is investigating a potential data breach class action lawsuit against Idaho-based healthcare provider Kootenai Health following reports that it suffered a data breach exposing the sensitive information of approximately 464,000 patients. Information exposed in the breach includes:
- Full names
- Dates of birth
- Social Security numbers (SSNs)
- Driver’s Licenses
- Government ID numbers
- Medical record numbers
- Medical treatment and condition information
- Medical diagnoses
- Health insurance information
