Mazda Motor of America Inc. – Class Action Investigation

Ahdoot & Wolfson is investigating a possible class action lawsuit against Mazda involving its “Mazda Connected Services” platform and MyMazda mobile application features. It has been reported that Mazda marketed certain vehicles as including premium connected features such as remote start, remote lock and unlock, vehicle finder, and other app-based functionalities, but later restricted access to those features unless customers paid a monthly subscription fee. According to the allegations, consumers were not clearly informed at the time of purchase that these features could later be placed behind a paywall. Owners who purchased Mazda vehicles believing these connected services were included as part of the vehicle may have been affected. If you purchased or leased a Mazda vehicle equipped with Mazda Connected Services and later lost access to features unless you paid a subscription fee, please fill out the form below and we will contact you to discuss your potential claims.
