Metro Auto Parks and Joe’s Auto Parks (ALPR) – Class Action

Ahdoot & Wolfson is investigating a potential lawsuit against L and R Auto Parks, Inc., doing business as Metro Auto Parks and Joe’s Auto Parks. It has been reported that Metro Auto Parks and Joe’s Auto Parks used Automated License Plate Recognition (“ALPR”) technology to collect information about vehicles entering and exiting certain parking facilities. According to the allegations, license plate information may have been collected, stored, and used without drivers’ knowledge or consent. If you parked your vehicle at a Metro Auto Parks or Joe’s Auto Parks location in the Los Angeles metro area, you may be entitled to compensation.
