Morley Companies Data Breach – Class Action Investigation

Morley Companies is located in Saginaw, Michigan, and processes information for health plans. Morley recently announced that due to a ransomware attack, a data breach began on August 1, 2021 that impacted the following information: “name, address, Social Security number, date of birth, client identification number, medical diagnostic and treatment information, and health insurance information.”

According to Morley Companies, 521,046 persons were impacted by the breach. Morley began notifying persons affected by the breach on February 1, 2022, which includes current employees, former employees, and clients.
